Daily Summary: 20 May, 2020

Food was interesting today, where I was modifying from my plan as I went through the day. I still managed to get within 5% of all the calories and macro goals, so that’s good. For exercise, I took the day off. So far this week, I did 2340 calories’ worth of cardio, and I’m sore and just wanted a day to recover. That should be allowed, right? My Apple Watch competition with my friend ended last night (I won!), so I also didn’t have that as a driver. I also wanted to try to get some other work done given my 7-hr-long telecon yesterday and 5-hr-long telecon today.
