
Today was a better day, at least with respect to food. I stayed within my plan, I modified the plan a bit for Friday and Saturday to cut some fat (based on modifying the dinner for tomorrow), and I exercised.
It really came down to the wire with exercise today because I was on a roll writing a paper for work. Our “intellectual year” runs from June 01 thru May 31, so it’s down to the wire to get stuff in before Monday. I set an alarm for 11pm and got to the basement at 11:20pm. It was just enough to get in my exercise and rings for the day, check my box of doing cardio for ≥40 minutes, and so it’s all good.
Is it weird that I watch cooking shows while exercising?
