Daily Summary: 30 May, 2020

Just a short post: Due to my boyfriend’s schedule, I lunch and dinner (beef-stuffed cabbage rolls) were made and eaten within just a few hours this afternoon / evening. The rest of the day I ate the other stuff on the plan, and I actually got in some exercise. See my next post on my weekly summary for why I did more cardio than usual (I really want to break through this minor plateau).
