May 31 brings lots of stuff due on June 01, so I spent 9 hrs working and with other stuff had no time to exercise. I still got my rings because the rower and elliptical last night carried into this morning, so that was a saving grace. Tomorrow is going to be more of the same, at least until later in the night, with 5 hrs of telecons, not having finished two reports due (not even having started one), and the dinner I plan to make takes 2 hrs of active prep (chicken biryani, चिकन बिरयानी).
Meanwhile, with the end of the month, I got both my silver and gold Apple Watch awards. The silver I got over a week ago for 25,741 calories in May. For those that don’t know, the gold is for closing my move rings every day. Though I cheated twice and lowered my goal – it was on the two days I was somewhat sick last week. I’m okay with that.
Meanwhile, I worked out too much in May: My Apple Watch challenge for June is that I have to do 1,720 minutes of exercise in the month, averaging 57 minutes per day. WTF?!
