
As with yesterday, today was brought to you by the word, “Work.”
I got up at 9:30 (went to bed at 1:30, so 8 hrs), and then it was 12 hrs of work with a 2-hr interruption for cooking and eating. Chicken biryani takes a long time to make. But, I finished what I needed to finish today at 11:25, so I quickly got my exercise clothes on and made it to the basement: 31 minutes today of the 30-minute Apple Watch exercise ring, so, I managed to fill my rings again. Because of how tired I am, and I have a lot more stuff to do tomorrow, I did stop my exercise when the rower + elliptical were 40 minutes together, rather than go a full (15π£ββοΈ) + (40β45πββοΈ).
Food was okay again. It was hot today so I drank a bit more than usual, looking at certain, shall we say, “indicators” every few hours of whether I was drinking enough. Something that’s nice is I’m now in a region of the 6-week food plan (after going grocery shopping on May 06) where I have room for some chocolate and ice cream … sometimes in the same day!
That said, it is starting to get hot here in Colorado, and I have no air conditioning. π₯΅ The lowest high for the next week is forecast at 84Β°, and the lowest low is 56Β°. But, during daylight, only Sunday will it still be below 70Β° by 9am. That means that my walking outside might be at a pause until cooler weather. I am definitely a creature comforts person, and if I’m going to be walking in sweat for 90% of the time, I’m not going to do it. I’ll stick with the elliptical and rower. At least I can stick a few fans nearby for those, and not look like a crazy person walking down the street with a towel around my neck.
