Daily Summary: 02 June, 2020

Quick post so I can get to bed: Food was good, the chili worked fine after being in the ‘fridge for 5 days. Very close on calories and macros. Almost didn’t exercise because I was tired and it was late, but, I did it anyway. I also registered my first strength exercise, but I didn’t include it in this chart since it was just 8 minutes: I was helping someone move and they left the few heavy things to me.

Oh, and weight is still down, 3 days in a row with a >10 lb loss since my highest on April 19.
