Daily Summary: 07 June 2020

Got everything to fit into the new goal of 1680 calories. Also managed to get exercise in. I went up a level in resistance on the elliptical so I’m finally getting back to >10 cal/min. I mean, what’s the point in wasting almost an hour if I don’t get out of it what I can … and by cranking up the resistance, I get more calories burned. Important for this week.

I’m taking a stab at actually trying to plan out my week better so’s to both fit in the work I need to do and to get in exercise. I’m sure I won’t get to all of it, but it’s at least an attempt.

Finally, I spent way too much time over the last 26 hours planning out my food for the next 7 weeks. Now that I know I am going on this trip, and it’s not one but two weeks, I can figure out when I’m going to the grocery, what I’m eating when, etc. Also, since it looks like I should make my sub-215 lb goal this week, I can also plan while knowing that I’m on the new, revised cut for 210±5 lbs instead of the 220±5 lbs.
