Daily Summary: 09 June, 2020

There was a lot of food today, yet I still stayed within (well, 1% within) my calorie goal. The trick was that the meals were actually fairly low-calorie, or at least the individual components were, and yet they were filling. I mean, soup is a great thing to have because you’re getting all that water that has no calories that’s helping to fill you up.

Exercise, I had hoped to do more, but it was a bit past midnight and I need to get up by 8:30 for Yet Another Full Day of Telecons.

I had planned to do both core exercises this morning – but ended up getting in sleep instead – and weights this afternoon – but some writing stuff took much longer than expected and took significant priority. I have core exercises planned tomorrow, but we’ll see what actually happens. There was a period of a few hours this evening where I was simply unable to focus on anything after focusing on writing. Sigh.
