
I’m a bit late on getting this up, but … busy.
So, first off, food was fine today (well, yesterday as I write this).
Second off, exercise was not. I did nothing, zip, nada.
Third off, it appears as though I am still not ready to try to plan out my work week. I ended up getting frustrated when stuff took longer than I planned, pushing other things off, and then making me feel like I accomplished nothing. So, tonight, I just removed all the blocks of work, I wrote down on a piece of paper what I needed to do and what the deadlines were, and I went from that.
