It was another two days of driving and work and little sleep. Not conducive to exercise, but at least I went back down on calories and am losing weight again. Still TBD if I can manage to average 213.0 lbs this week, but as of yet, I have not given up and I have the same motivation as before.

From Sunday’s infographic, there was a fair bit of chocolate, and my dad wanted me to try his rice crisps (misspelled … don’t care) before I left. Otherwise, it was mostly car food, though I had salad when I got to the MIL’s house in Michigan while the bf and she had steak. I then was working 6pm until 3am.

Up at 10am for the review panel that lasted until 6pm with minimal breaks for the bathroom or snacks, then I made dinner for everyone and got back to work writing up reviews. It’s 12:47pm now, and I’m finally done, and I’m going to bed. Hopefully slightly more downtime tomorrow so I can at least do the bare minimum for exercising, but … we’ll see.
