Daily Summary: 29 June, 2020

One would think that maybe, just maybe, after complaining about the two weeks previous and the not losing weight and the needing to lose over 3 lbs this week to get back on track that I’d exercise today. Yeah, so would I. And I would’ve, if my legs didn’t hurt. Not my legs as in muscles, but legs as in skin. More precisely, mosquito bites. 🦟 Nebraska can bite me. Oh wait … it did 😬.

So, after barely being able to sleep last night because of the bites, to being in pain while grocery shopping today (so I managed to fill my rings…-ish), I got to 11pm and started walking towards the bedroom to change into exercise clothes and was just like, “No, not happening.” It wouldn’t be so bad if there weren’t, 6 bites on my ankles, in addition to the ~15 on my legs. But wearing socks with that and doing the elliptical, or rower, or squats, or … anything? … no.

But, I did well on food today, so yay!
