

I’m doing another joint post, but the good news is that I had enough protein between my two main dishes that I didn’t need to supplement with a protein shake. Okay, that’s not actually the good news; the good news is that I ate within the food allotments and didn’t move things around or not count stuff.
So, going through Sunday, it was an okay day with respect to fitness; not great, but okay. Food was carefully planned, I was a non-trivial 7% (okay, maybe trivial) below my calories, and I even was able to fit in gummy bears.
Today, Monday, was much better, though I did zero work. Well, it was better in everything except sleep and carbs. I got a whopping 6 hours of sleep, which necessitated a nap this evening. The very little sleep was due to finally re-subscribing to MarketSmith and working for several hours on planning out stock trades today, then getting up with the market and actually executing most of them. Then, the bf wanted to go swimming for a 12:00 team, so we drove down to town and I got in a very long (for me) walk, almost 6 km, exercising for more than an hour. It was almost perfectly flat, so the calories per minute was a bit lower than I’d like, but 500 cal is 500 cal.
We then went grocery shopping, and I was so dehydrated from my walk that when we left, I pried open the grapes and ate a bunch in the car on the way to the next grocery store. Where we both got a doughnut. I knew ahead of time that I had nearly 40% of my fat and carbs unallocated for today, so I wasn’t too worried about the doughnut. But, combined with the grapes, I was 11% over on carbs for today.
The bf also saw a caramel tres leches cake while we were at Costco, and he decided to get that instead of having me make a skillet cookie for his birthday on Friday. So, when we got home I looked up the internet’s best guess on the nutrition info for it, and also put in the corned beef we got for Friday, so I have a better model for nutrition later in the week, moving forward. Due to general exhaustion and still updating stocks planning, I did again not do core exercises. It’s 10:17pm now, and I think I’m going to bed, almost 4 hrs earlier than last night.
Oh, and I did beat my friend on the Apple Watch challenge we started last week, but he conceded three days in because of a sinus infection.
