With an inability to focus on work due to being nervous about COVID with the boyfriend isolating on the other side of the house … I figured I’d at least be a bit productive and work towards that whole “restart” of the goals thing with hiding previous efforts and re-working the goals.
My birthday is mid-May, 10.5 months out, and the big Four-Oh is coming up in 2023. I mean three-oh. Or, well, whatever.
Anyway, with nearly 60 lbs to lose, and hopefully 80% of that being fat, IF I am able to (for once) stick to this plan during that time, then by my birthday I should be right at my goal for my first cut, ≈170 lbs and ≈12.5% bodyfat.
Now, time to go eat a pint and get chipfaced.
