
Quick post since it’s already the next day. Did okay on food, everything was very slightly high. Tried biking but I’m having issues with the seat continuously going down, so I need to try a wrench to get it tighter; that’s why that ride was only 16 minutes. Walked near sunset when it was in the 60s, but very high humidity still made it a pretty uncomfortable event, but I reached my goal of ≥40 minutes/day of cardio there. And, the bf and I are both suffering from DOMS from the core exercises we did on Saturday.
