
Not much work today (sigh), mostly because of some stress or food issues (heartburn from the fried rice?) and then taking the bf to physical therapy.
The list of food today is crazy-short but it’s accurate. I was slightly high on calories and fat, but remember that this is a soft goal for the week and the “real” goal is 140 calories higher, which I’m well under. This evening, I spent time planning / update planning food for the next week (including two parties and my conference and hosting someone) and revising the rest of this week. Tomorrow, despite doughnuts, is going to be looooowwww on calories. Basically, two doughnuts, chicken and brussels sprouts, and protein shakes.
Given everything else going on today, I opted to use my second freebee and go light on cardio, doing just the five-minute rower warmup before weights. The boyfriend is going swimming again tomorrow morning so I’ll be walking for an hour, and we have cooler weather coming Saturday so I’m going to drive down to the mailboxes and bike, so I should be okay for the week with respect to cardio. As with last week, I did weights yesterday, today, and I’ll do the third one on Saturday.
Now, to actually get into bed so I have 8 hrs before I have to get up around 5:45am!
… okay, not actually. I wrote the above, then went to exercise, and had to do a half hour of work on the computers downstairs (as in, stuff that needs to run for a few months was awaiting input, so a day lost is not unimportant). So, bed at 10:15-ish …
