Daily Update: 11 December, 2022

Welp, “first” day of going full-force again, I made sure to force myself to go downstairs to exercise. There were a lot of snacks, but everything was pre-planned to fit within the macros. Sort of. I hadn’t fully factored everything in because I was at 75% of my protein, so once I added in things for protein I had already eaten the peanut butter and that put me over by 20% on fat.

I am exhausted. And sore. It’s 10pm, and I’m going to bed.
