
I’m a day late with this but the reason is I kinda felt like crap for the latter half of yesterday. Mid-afternoon I got a headache and despite laying down for two hours, it remained. I recognized it as a dehydration headache, so I drank a lot yesterday afternoon and evening, but I didn’t feel okay again until after midnight. Hence, no exercise (but chasing chickens filled the rings … yes I lowered the move ring to my old standard). Still managed to fit in my food goals, though. And, let’s just say that the frequent 🚽 trips allowed me to stay on track with weight, only going up 0.3 lbs from Monday to Tuesday.
However, it has put a delay on any workouts because I wanted to wake up headache-free today, and I didn’t want the straining and sweating to further the issue. So, for Tuesday, I’ve been trying to stay hydrated so I can at least get some time on the rower and elliptical tonight. And force myself to drink during rather than after.
