
Food was good today, and the meals were low enough calorie that I was able to snack throughout the day without over-eating. Actually under-eating.
Which was a good thing because … no exercise again. I was all set to exercise. I really was. I had my socks on, my shoes on, my skimpy exercise clothes on, had my towel, my iPad for edutainment, and my protein shake … and I got downstairs, and I came back up. Just walking for 3 minutes in socks and my feet were itching so badly it hurt. F’ing mosquitos. Proof there is no god.
So, I decided that rather than be in pain for 40 minutes and risk having these bites turn into blisters that keep me out of commission longer, I would forego exercise, yet again, in the hope that another 12–24 hours will fully heal them (at least the ones below my sock line!) and I’ll be able to exercise again.
