Daily Summary: 05 July, 2020

Started out the week somewhat strong, I suppose.

I was way down on fats today because of the mango sticky rice: I basically had to cut most food out in order to fit it in, and that left little room to add even a few more nuts to get my fat up. Oh well. I made the sticky rice because it’s a dish my bf really likes, and we had extra mangos, and I had six (now five) cans of coconut milk in the pantry that’re going to expire in a few months.

On exercise, I think I can say I’m “back” to doing at least the cardio after the mosquito bites issue (though I still have those bites! they just don’t itch as much). DOMS is getting better, so I should be back down in the basement tomorrow to do weight lifting, but given past history with putting that off, we shall see.
