Daily Summary: 11 July, 2020

Quick post because of the weekly update. So, basically today was good! Kept to the food plan, did exercise – both weights and elliptical (separated by 10 hrs this time!) – and, so, yeah! I also did my taxes! (Yes, I avoided doing my taxes by doing weights first.)

Okay, one extra note: The elliptical today was weird. I was going full-tilt, at my lower-normal difficulty (since I had done weights earlier), but I couldn’t even get close to 10 cal/min (sort of my aim, I usually get very close), and my heart rate barely went above 130. I am guessing that’s because it was already … I dunno? trained? … today with the weight lifting? So, this might mean that I have to stay at my higher level regardless of whether I do weights or not earlier in the day, if I want to get that 400 calories vs 350 for 40 minutes on the elliptical.
