Daily Summary: 19 July, 2020

Quick post because I’m super-late for bed. Today was a lot of work, setting myself up for a slightly easier week. I stuck to the food goals, made some garlic bread, and did not exercise so I could spend the time doing this work. Hoping to do weights tomorrow, but at the very least it’ll be back on the elliptical. Because I did the elliptical Saturday night starting almost at midnight, I easily filled my rings today without needing to specifically do cardio today.

I might have also finally convinced my boyfriend to at least track his food so he can lose the bulge … he’s gained what we (perhaps inappropriately) call the “COVID +19.” Like the “Freshman 15” weight gain, only due to not going out because of COVID. Yeah, as I said, probably in poor taste. Almost certainly in poor taste. Anyway, he’s said that I have to do the tracking, but he would tell me what he eats and exercises and would try to stick to a plan that I create for him.
