
Quick post today since it’s after 1am … food was again good today, I didn’t cheat, I didn’t over-eat, and I walked. However, within two minutes, my knee started to hurt and I had to stop once to stretch it and let it calm down. Consequently, I did not do weights, again, today. So, I’ll tomorrow I’ll do weights before doing cardio and try to do the elliptical (much easier on the knees) later.
