Okay, let’s see if I can maintain these again! I’m too busy right now to do the infographic, but basically I did enough running around yesterday that I filled my move and exercise rings on my Apple Watch without needing to do exercise. I’m still staying up too late to get up early enough to walk while it’s cool, but I also managed to eat within my limits and count everything.
So, I came in at 97% of calories (1700), 83% of fat (48 gms), 102% of carbs (155 fms), and 99% of protein (150 gms). Also drank all the fluids I needed to. So … first day back, a qualified success? #OneDayAtATime
