Daily Summary: 15 March, 2022

In another attempt to see how quickly I can hammer out a daily update, so far it was 9 minutes updating my logs and making the above infographic.

Today was much like yesterday, though during one of my three walks I went a bit of a different route to do a long, deep burn almost to the end, while the middle of the walk was more downhill. I didn’t have time to do core exercises since I need to go to bed soon to get up early, and I was trying to get some work stuff done on this computer because I have to take it back to the Apple Store yet again because they screwed up the ethernet port. So, taking my car in at 8:30am tomorrow for an airbag recall and 15-year maintenance, and then the Apple Store for my computer. Fun.

Given that, and the temperature outside tomorrow (winter weather advisory), I don’t expect to walk, but I really really hope I get in core exercises and maybe even weights.

Oh, and in wonderful news, my weight is down 4 lbs since Saturday. That’s about a pound a day. Based on my waist circumference, it’s not really budging, so I know it’s not fat (I knew that yesterday), or at least not 100% fat. But again, it is still nice to see that number tick down.

I’m not quite back to where I need to be on sleep – coming in at just under 8 hrs in bed, it should be at least 30 minutes more. And, while I was over on fat today because of carry-over on ice cream after midnight last night and salmon for dinner (very fatty fish), it should still be okay on the week.

Alright, getting all that done and the tags assigned took 15 minutes! Not too bad.
