Daily Update: 01 July, 2022

Yup, I’m going to be over on carbs this week, but just by a few percent. I forgot I made some beef for the bf last night when I made the Thai basil beef for dinner and used 3 servings worth of vegetables for 2 servings of beef, and I made it into two servings. Oh well.

So let’s talk about what was good today: I actually got >40 minutes of cardio in, which is my main cardio goal. And, I did it by walking twice and doing the elliptical (once), which also means I hit all four forms of cardio this week: walking, elliptical, rowing machine, and bicycling.

So … let’s not worry about going over a bit on carbs and instead focus on the spooling back up for this first week on cardio! I was also able to get the primary things that I needed to get done for work actually done today, so that was nice (granted, one just happened at 11:30pm, but still …).

Oh, and yesterday I got my June 2022 Apple Watch Challenge filled, doing ≥755 calories per day on average. The new one for July is to do ≥15 workouts of ≥15 minutes. That should not be hard.
