Daily Update: 19 July, 2022

Not a good day. Primarily because I felt like crap most of the day, I think because of very poor sleep overnight. I basically stayed within my goals for food, though I went up to 108% of my goal on fats. Although that will cost me points for the week, it’s certainly okay over the course of the week given that I was very low on fats Sunday and Monday.

And because I didn’t feel well, and it was still 86°F at sunset, I did not do any cardio today. So, no exercise whatsoever. I dread the weigh-in tomorrow morning.

With that in mind, I broke down and cheated on my Watch rings. I said I wasn’t going to, but I changed my mind. I have been really good for the last >2 weeks, going well over my goals almost every day. I don’t want to let one crappy day ruin that. In my mind, that is not the intent of these streaks.
