Well, today started out okay, but then it went quickly downhill.
Food was fine. The mangos were starting to go off so I cut all three and might’ve slipped a few in my mouth, so I counted those. The bf had a melon going off, so he had half and I had half, but I still stayed inside my calorie and macro goals for the day.
Exercise was another story. General fatigue set in mid-afternoon, so we both napped. I got the bf up, he did his shoulder exercises and then we both did core exercises with Fitness+. Gotta say, not a big fan. They don’t spend long enough explaining what they’re doing, they don’t tell you which of the three people to watch for different difficulty levels, and there’s no way ahead of time to know what exercises you’re doing. I also followed it with a “mindful cooldown” which I thought was pretty stupid.
Anyway, after that, I had dinner, and after that felt like crap. Dizzy, light-headed, occasional sharp pains in my head in random locations … it was unpleasant. A cold front was also coming through, but by the time I got dressed, the rain started so I didn’t go walking. 8:20 rolled around and I thought the rain had stopped so I went outside and between the dizziness and sprinkles, I made it up the driveway and then back, and I didn’t get other exercise in. I’m allowed to have an off day, right? Though that’s two this week. And I cheated again on the Watch rings in order to fill them.
I did take a COVID-19 test, just to check, and it was again Not Detected. So, it’s possible my body’s just exhausted.
As I said: Today started out okay, but then it went quickly downhill.
