Daily Update: 25 July, 2022

Quick post since it’s been 22hrs since July 25, 2022 ended! So, today was okay on food. Since both the bf and I ate later in the day than usual, we fore-went the planned dinner of a “healthy” sausage and pasta dish, and I had salad instead. That said, I was crazy-sore everywhere, still DOMS from the core exercises on Saturday, and legs hurting from the cardio and the issue with the bicycle seat on Sunday (my left calf has been really sore lately). So, at 8pm, I decided it would be a Recovery Day. No exercise.

Which means I’m back to cheating on my Watch rings. When I’m more awake, I need to come up with a policy for myself on when it’s okay to lower the goals because of X versus when it’s not. Sigh.

That said, I actually got a normal work day’s work in!!
