
Food went very well today, I kept snacking to a bare minimum with a few grapes here-and-there, and I did the elliptical … in the morning!! However, the intensity was way down. I have been using “Level 7” on this elliptical since I re-started at the beginning of the month (this blog is called “Yet Again Fitness” for a reason!), but I had to go down to Level 4 and my heart rate was still a bit higher than normal. I had intended to do a second workout, but I decided I would stick with what I did and let my body recover for a day. And, writing this the next day, on Monday, I can say that the elliptical in the morning was back to Level 7 and there were no issues.
