
Oy. My mosquito bites itch. But it’s managable.
So, for food, I was again pretty good today and I came in below the calorie goal.
And this afternoon, I finally made it down to the basement and forced myself to do weight lifting. Despite dropping the weight from where I was a year ago, I just barely managed to do some of my sets. And, despite being sore six hours later, I worked it out on the elliptical for 40 minutes. My heart rate was still elevated, or something, because I burned more calories per minute than usual on the elliptical despite going down a level from where I was three weeks ago. I expect I’m going to be crazy-sore in about 36 hours, so I’m not looking forward to that.
And, I came in today at under 213 lbs, meaning I have finally lost my first stone, to use an archaic British unit of measure (1 st = 14 lbs ≈ 6.4 kg). So, there was that today. Hopefully my bites don’t erupt in blisters tomorrow from rubbing up against socks for 80 minutes.
