Daily Summary: 30–31 July, 01 August, 2020

Yeah, another three-fer. The issue this time was that my primary internet was down. And a fight. And having little motivation, and being tired. So, that out of the way …

On Thursday, I went slightly over calories, all within my ±5% tolerance. I did weights, I did the elliptical, I did over 1000 calories of exercise. Yay.

Friday was fewer calories in, and a lot of calories out. I pushed myself to get 600 points for my Apple Watch challenge with my friend. Other than the first day, I’ve maintained a small – but steady – lead over him. By 10s of points. Fat was low today, and I’m almost through this pound cake.

Saturday, again good on food, good on macros, particularly low on fat, and through with this pound cake. So, of course, I decided to experiment with a bread that I saw, a swirled garlic-herb-butter bread. Quite good. Got my three weight lifting things in, and the elliptical, so, pretty solid day, and pretty solid week … though that’ll be discussed in the next post. As will my weight dropping. I’ve been watching lots of different TV shows while doing the elliptical, but I came back to Supernatural, and I think I’ll stick with it. Of all of the ones I’ve tried so far, except Smallville, I have paid the least attention to time while watching Supernatural.
