I’m in that mode again: Programming, with no breaks. As in, you have this idea of what you want to do, you test it, it doesn’t work, and you keep tinkering, and suddenly 5 hours have gone by.

So, Sunday, food was fine, making up for some lost time, and after the rush of exercise Friday and Saturday, I took the day off with doing anything.

Today was also good with food, low on carbs since I just wasn’t that hungry, and I made it down to do the elliptical.
Something I need to change – behaviorally – is that if I know I “get” to skip a few days in a week doing something, I skip them sooner and then am scrambling at the back end. I really need to stop that behavior because then I just associate exercise of whatnot with dread, which isn’t good.
