
Per usual on Saturday, I’ll keep this short, though I think I’m going to write the week wrap-up tomorrow because I’m tired.
So … in brief, I over-ate a bit today, still was ≤5% of total calories, and same with hitting the macros. I did both weights and cardio today, and my weight is going back down now that I have the clerical error figured out.
By the way, a reason that it might not look like my exercise rings properly reflect the exercises is because I will sometimes do things across midnight. So, last night I did the elliptical starting at 11:28pm so got 8 minutes on today, did weights in the afternoon, and started the elliptical at 11:58pm. So I already have my exercise ring done for Sunday.
I also did a lot of cooking today. Besides dinner, I made custard for ice cream, marinated chicken so I can make tamales tomorrow, and I almost did salsa for the tamales but there’s no room left in the refrigerator!
