
Today got a bit better, though I still did little work and have a huge email backlog.
Food-wise, I made chili and again ate as planned, within my goals. I made a few changes in my chili recipe today: (a) Added garlic powder in addition to garlic, (b) added an habanero pepper, (c) because of that removed the cayenne pepper, (d) reduced chili powder by 2x (since I was out), (e) used some fresh tomatoes in addition to canned since they were going bad, and … (f) forgot to add coriander. Oh well, next time. It turned out pretty well, and while it was a bit spicier, it wasn’t too bad.
I finally did weights earlier in the day, going downstairs by 6:15pm, meaning I took the first 10 minutes of a 6:55pm telecon while finishing up. Elliptical started at 11:35pm. I despise deadlifts.
