
Still had DOMS from the core exercises, which is ridiculous, but whatever. Full day of work, did cardio in the afternoon(!!!) and ate in the goal range.

Had more protein in the vindaloo than originally predicted, so I get to cut out egg whites tomorrow and string cheese on Saturday. Calories were good, macros good, and I was about to give up and not to cardio but something made me do it, so I did. Exercise is one of those things you pretty much never regret when you’re done, but you hate going into it, and usually while doing it. Also, weight lifting should not have taken as long as it did, but I got an email I had to compose a response to while exercising.
