
Well, I woke up this morning and weighed more. I couldn’t figure out why until I remembered that I put about 600 calories from yesterday onto today. So, yeah, that might do it.
Regarding food today, I tried to stick very closely to the reduced plan, since I basically ate today’s lunch for dinner last night. When the bf had a slice of cake, I didn’t. My extra snack was a piece of string cheese. I cut out the protein shake to keep carbs down since I’m good on protein this week. But I did give in and have a not-stuffed-in-cabbage beef ball. Or two.
The pad thai tonight was made using those noodles I mentioned two weeks ago that have a texture like normal noodles but are only 30 calories for four ounces. So, instead of the pad thai having nearly 80 gms carbs per serving, it was 36, and those were larger servings made with more noodles than usual (1.5 lbs vs 14 oz). And then both the bf and I had a second serving … and I transferred those calories to tomorrow, so yet another asterisk is next to the calories.
Exercise was similar to yesterday, and I’m a bit surprised at how fast the asphalt moving is going, I thought it would easily be a 20+ hour task. But, with a total of 7 hours between us, I’d say another hour or two and it’ll be done. That said, I am bordering more on getting dehydrated, so I need to be drinking more.
