Moving on to today (well, yesterday), I formally changed goals for the week to be my 1570 calories, as opposed to 1740, which is my template for when I weigh 190±5 lbs. I want to break through this plateau. And, rather than just try to under-shoot 1740 while still getting all the protein in, I just switched to a pre-packaged target.

So … I met my target today for food, rearranging the meals once again because of the bf’s left-overs … I basically didn’t have lunch.

And, I worked. Many hours. On what I actually needed to do. And for some reason, that killed any motivation to exercise. So, we got to 8:10pm, 7 minutes before sunset, and I convinced the bf to go for a walk with me. I walked up The Hill and farther to do a ≈4km walk round-trip, but by the time I was turning around, I had to break out the phone and use the flashlight feature in order to see the road. So, that was fun. And my VO2 max went down again. I didn’t get done with my stuff until 10pm, and I decided I would get up early and do weights. Which turned into not because I was up late because I banged my knee. So, fun times, and definitely a mixed bag for the day.
