Daily Update: 06 August, 2022

Decent day today, got a few things done, not nearly enough cleaning in preparation for the people coming over this coming week, but that will hopefully get done over the next few days.

Got up at 8am and went biking; looks like I probably will need new tires since I think I filled these two weeks ago but they were down to 30psi instead of 50psi. Seat held until I fell into a ditch at the end (took a turn too quickly and it was gravel so skidded, but I fell in going almost zero mph), so tightening the screw worked. Then I went downstairs at 8:30 to finish up the cardio for the day on the elliptical to make sure to get that form in for the week, and then I did my third set of weights for the week. So, yay!

Did well on food again, though I cheated yet again and had a small, 30-calorie mint. I’m not willing to go over on carbs for today (even though it’s a soft limit since this week’s soft calorie limit is –170 from normal to try to get through the weight loss plateau), so I’m putting it under Cheating; I counted the three pieces of pineapple and two cherries I had, so, I’m okay with this.
