Daily Summary: 08 August, 2020

As usual for Saturday, a quick post: This is the last day of attempting to balance out food so I can end the week within my calorie goal (±5%) and macros. Also did weights yet again, and cardio, so, that’s something. Not feeling good about this week, as you’ll see in the next post. The rest of today was trying to catch up on sleep, and actually getting some real work done.
